Best milk shakes ever.

As fast food goes its not bad. The workers always seem pleasant and treat me good. Its a very busy place.

Line was double & pace was fine, cheddar grilled onion burger was great..not skimpy..bananna berry shake was FABULOUS

I go to cook out all the time wherever I'm driving around different states. I get a Cheerwine hot dog with coleslaw hot dog with chili cheese bites onion rings something like that or a barbecue sandwich. At this store I got hot dogs and I'm going to tell you they were not very good at all there was no ketchup or mustard or anything just coleslaw or chili I didn't even eat the whole chili one it just wasn't good at all. I'm hot dog nut I love hot dogs with coleslaw and chili so I thought I'd try there's and I just did not like it at all the hot dog taste funny and they burned it on the grill

After my visit this afternoon, I don't think I'll return here EVER! I don't know their menu, so when I need a second and the girl was rushing me and questioning my every word, I got very upset. When I got to the window, I told her I wanted to order more items but she was rushing me. You'd thought she would have ask me what I'd like to add, but no, she acted like she didn't care about anything, especially, customer satisfaction. I hope she enjoys the email I'll be sending corporate. So, when I did get my burger, it was the worse I've ever had! The onions were absolutely horrible. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

Left off part of order, had to hand the bag back so they could correct it. My suggestion would be to check the order before you give it to the customer

Always hot food, made to order. I always get the Cookout Tray with a Big Double burger (steak style, light onion), chicken quesadilla, chicken ranch wrap, and a huge tea. And it's always good, Everytime. 5 of 5 and even worth the long lines on weekends.

Dude how long can the drive thru take?! Okay you have 3 people buys it’s literally one lane and no dining room. Y’all move slow as heck! Already called corporate. You can’t have this one lane backed all the way to the street blocking traffic.

Simply put this is the worst cookout I have ever been too. My order is always wrong and I always get charged for the food I dont get. I went last night and they couldnt even manage to be competent enough to give me the right sauce after i asked at the window much less the correct food. My girlfriend was supposed to get two chicken quesadillas and a five piece chicken nugget yet she didn't get any of that. But yet again they took the 5 dollars for the food and didnt give me the food. I will make sure everyone knows not to go to this location because this is an on going problem. Get it together cookout, it used to be a decent establishment

It was ok was tryin to get a Butterfinger Reese's shake But sadly the worker was like sorry were not going to be doing Butterfingers anymore felt like i got shot but o well it happends

We stop at this place on our way back home. Terrible food and rude service. Our sandwiches were all squashed and didn't taste great.

Service usually moves quickly...staff friendly...food cooked well.

The food was freshly made tonight. All of it. The difference in taste was noticeable and appreciated. The BBQ was not over salted. The tea was not oversugared and watered down. The cheese bites were substantial and not puny and over fried. The fries were crispy and not over salted, oily and limp. Even the hushpuppies, which are usually hard and tasteless were supple and flavorful. Very pleasantly surprised!

the burger was not good the fries were awesome. I got a regular cheese burger it had a Pattie that was in 2 pieces my bun was soggy with mustard and dill pickle juice. I all so ordered the cook out big burger for Simone and theirs was good? do tell because u can't be great all the time or maybe it's the full moon

This is the kind of place you don't mind sitting in the long line waiting to pull up to the window. It's not fancy, but there are options for everyone. Their milkshakes are the best I have ever.

95 to 99% of the time I enjoy the food at cook out! The other 1% is because the line is out on the highway because the burgers are juicy, the fries are crisp and the drink is on point! I spent 5.69 and got a Spicy chicken sandwich tray and seasoned fries with a side of nuggets.... It was great 😂😂😂😉.... Don't take my word... Check it out for yourself!

The burgers are good the milkshakes could use some work while some are good. I ordered a red cherry milkshake and it didn't taste at all like cherry. It tasted like vanilla. But that aside it was hot and it was a cold treat for a hot summer day so not a complete waste of money.

Visted this location Sunday and got a cheeseburger. Found the following in burger and choked on it thankfully i was ok .The need to be careful with what the drop in store . Make sure it does not get into food.

After lunch the service gets slower, but I have not yet had a wrong order. The food is fresh and hot when it comes out and the service is usually very polite.

This location is simply getting a one star only for the fact that this is twice this has happened. I simply asked for no tomatoes or mayo. My son has a tomato allergy and I split this with him.

Always wanted to try Cookout on my drives through the Carolinas, and finally got to this time. It was more than worth the wait. Everything we tried was superb! We will be back!

I loved my burger stacked high with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I do not venture too far from the norm with my burger choicess, but if I did, this would be the place. Wonderful flavor and juicy burger. As McDonald's was directly across the short street, I got my fries there. But next time, I plan to try more of the bold menu, including fries, offered at Cook Out. Everybody I know who has been here speaks highly of the full menu options. Equally important, the customer service was great and the wait time minimal.

This is a great place when you're hungry and in a hurry. You can get in and out in a matter of minutes. And the prices are very reasonable

Our most recent visit was very pleasant and speedy, as our local restaurant is drive-through only. The line was backed up pretty far, but they kept both sides moving and we were greeted with a smile. The food was delicious, as always, for the type of food it is (fast food). I only wish I had opted for a milkshake now, lol.

Good set up. Not too far away from I-95 and US 301. Relatively cheap with a pretty good menu

I got a spicy chicken sandwich tray, sides onion rings and hush puppies. I usually get just hush puppies and onion rings. The food was not good at all. The only thing was good was my Eggnog shake. Want be back.

I found hair in my food but overall the service and food is good.

A good hamburger and sides, served quickly, fresh off the grill and at a decent price. Hard to beat, unless you don't link bench seating or carry-out !!!

Food was good and while the line was wrapped around rhe building that was not the problem. The problem was after waiting 30 minutes in line when we got to the window the kids were busy horseplaying and talking to eachothwr to work. We gor our food and waited another 10 minutes for them to make the milkshake, turned out he had already made our milkshake but made 4 others to bring along with him for the people behind us before he decided to give us ours.
